Fees

The fees for my professional services are as follows:

Individual Therapy (50 minutes) $120
Evaluation only (50-90 minutes) $150
SAP/DOT assessment and follow-up $475 (effective January 1, 2024)
Sliding scale is available for some cases

I am on the following insurance boards: United Behavioral Healthcare, Cascade, Providence, Compsych, Ceridian, Curalinc, Beacon Health Options, RBH, and Aetna. Please call your insurance company to see if you have "out of network mental health benefits" and that cover LPC treatment. If they do I can provide a receipt for you to bill your insurance.

The client/therapist relationship is the most important aspect of any counseling endeavor. In order to assist you with this process I offer a free 30-miniute initial consultation session that allows you to meet me in my office and decide for yourself if you’d like to pursue treatment with me. During this short session you may tell me why you are seeking therapy and ask me questions about my experience, techniques, qualifications & aspects of my treatment approach

Cancellations & Late Arrivals: A 24 hour notice for cancellations is appreciated. There is a $40 fee for no shows. If you arrive late for session you will be seen for the remainder of time on that session and charged full fee. Please be on time.
